( shipment from stock to 4 weeks after order entry ) Brand new oven, inside dimensions are 8ft wide x 8ft high x 16 ft deep working area.  Construction is is galvanized steel exterior panels with aluminized interior for moisture resistance.  The entire oven door frame asembly and perimeter of the oven is of heavy duty 4" x 4" x 1/4" angle steel construction.  This insures many years of operation at 450 F degree service without doors warping or sagging due to fatigue of metal at these temperatures.  Oven double doors are heavy duty, yet can open or close with one hand. An explosion proof latch for safety is provided. The standard construction is rear mounted burner and blower assembly.  Air flow is provided on the bottom of both sides of the oven with ducting and  easily adjusted dampers for easy air adjustment so that the oven chamber maintain even air distribution of air flow throughout the system without any hot spots. No price additon for this air design system.  Return air is atop center and returned to the rear hot box chamber. Rear burner mounting is standard construction at no additional charge. Top mounted hot box is available with double doors on both ends as an option. If you are in Canada and require NFPA-86 requirements for your system, we have built and successfully met these requirements, contact us for those special requirements. The burnner is state of the art design, hot forced air blower package with Honeywell control for flame and spark.  The system is designed for an automatic purge with pilot safety prior to the main burner operation.  An automatic lockout system is available shoulde pilot not light the burner timely.  The entire burner is UL LISTED which most City Inspectors and Fire Department personnel recognize for easier approval.  Oven burner/blower system is oversized  for future expansion to 20ft length withou any blower or burner change.  All that  is required is to add an additonal 4ft of oven section which we can provide at a later time  at an  additional charge. The control panel has all UL LISTED componets and devices including lights and switches. The digital controller is a Dwyer Instruments type TS or can be a16B  with computer interface capability for running heat records of the system in operation if required.for a nominal additonal price.  Standard "J" wire rated to 900 F is standard design. The entire oven system is factory tested prior to shipment with the digital control calibrated for accuracy.  Since gas pressure varies widely, a pressure regulator is by others. Many suppliers ship thier ovens in pieces for field assembly. It cost several thousand dollars in shipping cost, and then serveral more thousands of dollars to field assemble it. We  normally can ship anywhere in the USA for MUCH  less of that combined price of receiving and field assembly of the unit.  Also, this unit can be field extended in the future to an 8ft x 8ft x 20ft oven by adding on an additional section to the unit. No modifications to the burner, recirculation blower or controls is required.
