Nitrogen Hardening Tunnel TPC4-650 Manufactured in Italy by Pugnale’ to freeze ice cream candy bars similar to a Snickers Bar. Shipped to the original buyer in November of 1997. Condition: On a 1 to 5 Scale with 5 being NEW this is at least a 4 and it looks like it was barely used. Overall Size of unit: 12’ 2” long.  4’ 11” wide.  5’ 11” tall Gross Weight: 3,968 pounds Complete Stainless Steel Construction. Electrical: 400v / 50Hz / 12a Maximum 4kw Usable Belt Width: 25 inches Maximum Product Height with Existing Opening: 3.54 inches Length of Belt Travel inside Tunnel: 11’ 10” Pressure: 6 Bar Temperature Range to -80C /-112F Unit has motors to level the freezer. The operating manual and full electrical diagrams are available however it is in Italian. Not a problem with diagrams, but tedious with instructions. You will want a Nitrogen professional to assist with training. Unit imported from UK but never installed. It is too large to get into our factory with expanding an entrance. This is a beautiful piece of equipment at a fraction of what you would pay new. Tunnel sold AS IS and WHERE is only. It is available for inspection from buyer or any qualified technician that you wish to send to inspect the freezer on your behalf. You will need a qualified Rigger with special heavy duty fork trucks to get this loaded into a trailor or onto a flatbed. There is a good local company in the area that we used to unload the nitrogen tunnel when it arrived from the UK. FYI: The tunnel has never been stored outside!!! The item is stored on site at Royal Ice Cream in Manchester, CT 06040. Please no visitors without calling me in advance so that I can alert the plant manager. I am the owner, however I am located in Florida. Royal Ice Cream manufactures product for me an I had hoped this unit could be installed at their factory, but it is just too big to get into the buildind. I am NOT an expert in Nitrogen freezers and I strongly suggest any buyer that isn't qualified to evaluate this kind of equipment have a trained person look at the freezer for them.
