' Description This GEMA Powder Recovery Booth is ideal for commercial use and performs well in production, sample and laboratory work. It is a compact and self contained unit with no venting required and is easily positioned on large casters. The control panel will allow a user selectable timed automatic, or manual purging of the filters, thereby storing the collected powder in the internal powder reclamation hopper for reuse. The reclaim capability can quickly pay for the cost of this booth saving up to 98 % of the powder being used. The purging feature effortlessly cleans the filters and increases their efficiency reducing labor costs. The operator opening is 32 inches by 32 inches and has two cartridge filters and one final filter. Two Magnehelic differential pressure gauges monitor the adjustable 800 CFM air flow and filter efficiency in the stainless steel powder spraying area. An onboard 20 gallon ASME air purge tank stores a pressure regulated high volume metered air discharge in a reverse direction thru the filters for the purge process. The exhauster motor specifications are 1.5 HP at 208 / 230 / 460 Volt, 3-phase AC. The original motor can be substituted with an optional motor that is 1.5 HP at 115 / 208 / 230 Volt, 1-phase AC. Connections to electricity and compressed air must be provided by the user. All operator instructions and specifications are provided. This GEMA booth sold for $14,500 new and has been stored for several years. Overall dimensions are 86 inches in height by 73 inches in width and 55 inches in depth and can be easily transported in a standard pickup truck box.
